From a brewery that traces itself to 1040 and claims to be the world's oldest. Banana and clove entirely from the yeast, nothing added.
Originally limited beer to water, barley and hops. Yeast was not yet understood. Not a modern legal requirement for most beer sold in Germany, but still claimed as a mark of tradition.
