Blended from lambic aged one, two and three years in oak. Lembeek is the village that gave lambic its name.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast from the air of the Pajottenland and Senne valley, using unmalted wheat and aged hops. Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambic refermented in the bottle.
